Circular design is the name of the game in an unpredictable time
My responsibility as CVO of the AMITA Group includes leading the Group's business development efforts to enhance its longer-term enterprise value. I am also responsible for nurturing and developing relationships with a wide range of current and future stakeholders.
In this politically, economically, and environmentally turbulent and chaotic time, many businesses feel compelled to pursue a blue ocean market to thrive, converting unmet social needs into business opportunities. Furthermore, in Japan, the top priority is to transform its conventional industrial model, which has long been effective in driving the nation's economic growth, into one that will propel the country to becoming the world's leading circular economy.
More than ever, the AMITA Group is ready to leverage its core competency in circular design approaches to assist Japanese businesses in achieving greater corporate sustainability, built around a circular model. We will turn all these developments happening around us into a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to develop and undertake a social impact business.

new market creation and co creation strategies
As CBO, I am responsible for driving the business growth of the AMITA Group by advancing our sales strategies, creating new markets, and promoting strategic collaborations between companies. In a period of profound societal transformation-marked by demographic shifts, increasingly severe environmental constraints, and rapid technological advancement-companies are increasingly expected to create value not in isolation, but through relationships with diverse stakeholders.
The AMITA Group aims to realize an "Ecosystem Society" in which nature, local communities, industries, and governments are interconnected and operate in a circular manner. To this end, we have consistently supported companies in their transition to sustainability management, providing end to end assistance from conceptualization through the building and implementation.
As CBO, I am committed to expanding our "relational capital" with a wide range of stakeholders and to establishing a sustainable growth model that simultaneously addresses social challenges and enhances corporate value. Through these efforts, I will devote myself to the enhancement of the value of the AMITA Group.
